Panasonic Expands into Men’s Cosmetics

Panasonic announced on the 23rd that it will enter the men’s cosmetics and skincare products field, aiming to capture the growing men’s beauty market. The company plans to develop a comprehensive men’s beauty series based on its popular electric shaver brand “Lamdash.”

At a product briefing held in Tokyo, a company representative stated:

“We aim to launch products in the cosmetics field within 2 to 3 years.”

The details of the products to be sold are still under consideration. Panasonic has set a target to increase sales in the men’s beauty sector by 1.5 times by fiscal year 2030 compared to fiscal year 2025.

Panasonic has been selling shavers for over 70 years. Under the Lamdash brand, it also began selling body hair trimmers for legs and other areas this year.
