In recent years, there has been growing demand for non-invasive procedures that can achieve natural results while minimizing downtime and pain, targeting facial sagging and age-related skin changes.
Domestically, the need for immediate changes with reduced downtime and pain for aging signs such as sagging facial contours and nasolabial folds has been increasing annually. There is a particular demand among individuals in their 30s to 50s, who balance work and childcare, for treatment devices that allow them to return to daily life immediately after the procedure.
Since its opening, Lively Clinic has operated under the concept of ‘providing access to the latest Korean beauty medical treatments in Japan,’ with the director regularly visiting Korea to directly acquire cutting-edge techniques. This time, the clinic has decided to introduce ‘Alltite,’ which employs uniquely developed technology, as a new option tailored to each patient’s diverse concerns.
Alltite is a next-generation aesthetic medical device developed by the Korean company Innoxus, dedicated to lifting.
It features the proprietary ‘DLTD® (Dermis Layer Target Dielectric Heating System),’ which simultaneously targets both the dermis layer and the SMAS layer (superficial musculoaponeurotic system). The device utilizes RF (radiofrequency) heating to enhance skin firmness and contour tightening.
The core of the DLTD® technology is a heating method combining Joule heating via ionic conduction and dielectric heating via dipole rotation. By concentrating 17 times more energy on the dermis layer compared to the subcutaneous fat layer, it simultaneously addresses skin firmness, contours, and texture while reducing the risk of cheek hollowing.
Alltite is equipped with two types of handpieces that can be used according to facial structure and concerns:

– **D Type**: Suitable for approaching relatively thin and sensitive areas such as around the eyes and mouth.
– **E Type**: Suitable for caring for areas where volume and firmness are concerns, such as the cheeks and jawline.

A key feature of Alltite is its simultaneous approach to the dermis and SMAS layers. Below is reference information on the main action layers and energy types of each device.
*Note: The characteristics of each device vary depending on the model, settings, and practitioner’s technique. Please confirm details at each clinic.*
Alltite’s unique dual cooling technology protects the epidermis while suppressing heat sensation and pain. Additionally, it minimizes excessive impact on the fat layer, aiming for natural facial contour tightening.
Results may vary. Risks and side effects may include mild redness, swelling, and heat sensation lasting from a few hours to about 2 days, with rare cases of internal bleeding. The procedure is not suitable for pregnant individuals, those with metal or plates in the treatment area, or those with pacemakers. Detailed information will be provided during consultation.
