Amorepacific Holdings has made a strategic investment in Hiel Corporation, a specialized aesthetic medical device company, and will collaborate on beauty and medical business initiatives.
Amorepacific Holdings announced on the 27th that it has signed an investment agreement with Hiel Corporation to strengthen cooperation in the beauty and medical fields.

The two companies plan to collaborate across product planning, R&D, distribution, and marketing by linking Hiel Corporation’s aesthetic medical device development capabilities, joint research with medical professionals, and global KOL (Key Opinion Leader) network with Amorepacific’s dermatological science research and skincare technology.
As part of this agreement, Amorepacific Holdings has made a strategic investment in Hiel Corporation. Based on this, the company aims to strengthen its mid-to-long-term partnership.
The two companies will pursue the development and commercialization of skin-related products such as skin boosters, cosmeceuticals, and medical devices. They will also jointly develop post-procedure aftercare products, collaborate on distribution to hospitals and clinics, and conduct joint R&D and marketing of raw materials and ingredients.
In particular, they plan to combine Hiel Corporation’s medical professional network and expertise in the aesthetic market with Amorepacific’s skin research capabilities and brand competitiveness to develop integrated solutions that connect professional treatments with daily skincare.
Meanwhile, Hiel Corporation, founded in 2021, is a specialized aesthetic medical device company. Its flagship product, ‘HILO WAVE,’ has driven business expansion in South Korea, Japan, Indonesia, Vietnam, and other countries. The company is actively pursuing global partnerships and building clinical evidence.
