| Seoul = Hans Economy Reporter Heo Seung-ah | Hugel has begun its full-scale offensive into India’s high-growth potential medical aesthetics market. Leveraging a global academic event, the company aims to raise awareness of its botulinum toxin ‘Letibo’ and expand its network of medical professionals, targeting a 9% market share in the local market this year.
Hugel announced on the 22nd that it is participating in the ‘Global Aesthetic Summit (GAS)’ held in Goa, India, to introduce Letibo and unveil its strategy for expanding into the local market.
The company has set a goal of achieving a 9% share in India’s toxin market this year. It is focusing on enhancing brand awareness and building a network of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in collaboration with its local distribution partner, AKA Medical.
Until the event concludes on the 24th, Hugel plans to hold a product launch event and a series of hands-on workshops to share clinical experiences and treatment know-how for Letibo with local medical professionals.
With this conference as a catalyst, Hugel intends to continuously expand academic exchanges with Indian medical professionals and strengthen its brand competitiveness in the local market. Furthermore, the company’s strategy is to develop India as a strategic hub for its Asia-Pacific expansion, thereby solidifying Letibo’s position in the global market.
