AmorePacific Holdings announced on the 27th that it has signed an investment contract with Hire Corporation, a company specializing in skin care medical devices, to strengthen cooperation in the beauty and medical fields.

Founded in 2021, Hire Corporation is a skin care medical device company specializing in research and development and global business based on a network of medical staff. It is expanding its business in Korea, Japan, Indonesia, and Vietnam with its flagship product “HILO WAVE.”
Through this contract, the two companies agreed to cooperate from product planning to R&D, distribution and marketing by combining Haier Corporation’s ability to develop aesthetic medical devices, joint research by medical staff, and global core opinion leader (KOL) network with AmorePacific’s skin science research and skin care technology.

Based on this cooperation, the two companies will promote the development and commercialization of skin beauty-related products such as skin boosters, cosmetics, and medical devices. After the procedure, it will develop aftercare products, cooperate in distribution of hospitals and clinics, and jointly research and development and marketing raw materials and materials.
