[Seoul=Newspim] Reporter Cho Min-kyo = Amorepacific Holdings has made a strategic investment in Higher Corporation, a company specializing in skin aesthetic medical devices, to strengthen its beauty and medical business. The strategy is to develop integrated solutions that connect professional procedures with daily skincare, expanding its business scope into the medical aesthetics market.
Amorepacific Holdings announced on the 27th that it has signed an investment agreement with Higher Corporation for cooperation in the beauty and medical fields. The two companies plan to collaborate across the entire process—from planning, research and development, to distribution and marketing—for skin beauty products including skin boosters, cosmeceuticals, and medical devices.

Founded in 2021, Higher Corporation develops and distributes skin aesthetic medical devices based on a network of medical professionals. Its flagship product, the collagen booster ‘Hilowave,’ is sold in South Korea, Japan, Indonesia, Vietnam, and other countries.
The two companies will combine Higher Corporation’s medical device development capabilities and global medical professional network with Amorepacific’s dermatological research and skincare technology. They plan to develop aftercare products for post-procedure skin management and products exclusive to hospitals and clinics, as well as pursue joint research on raw materials and ingredients, and hospital distribution cooperation.
The two companies plan to foster the beauty and medical business, encompassing professional procedures and home care, as a mid- to long-term growth engine.
