Mr. Dang Duy Tra, Deputy Director of Project Development at Informa Markets Vietnam, stated that the global beauty industry is entering a critical transition period, as artificial intelligence (AI), beauty technology, e-commerce, sustainable consumption trends, and the demand for personalized experiences are transforming how companies research, produce, build brands, and approach customers.

“The global beauty industry is entering a critical transition period, as AI, beauty technology, e-commerce, sustainable consumption trends, and the demand for personalized experiences are transforming how companies research, produce, build brands, and approach customers.”

According to Mr. Dang Duy Tra, Vietnam is considered one of the most dynamic beauty markets in Southeast Asia, thanks to its young population, growing middle class, and increasing demand for health and beauty care. However, for sustainable development, companies must not only produce high-quality products but also invest in innovation, meet international standards, build brands, and enhance competitiveness to participate more deeply in the global value chain.
