Under this agreement, the two companies will combine Hi-Corporation’s expertise in aesthetic medical device development and its medical professional network with Amorepacific’s skin science research and skincare technology to collaborate on product planning, R&D, distribution, and marketing. As part of the agreement, Amorepacific Holdings has also made a strategic investment in Hi-Corporation.
The companies plan to develop and commercialize skin beauty-related products, including skin boosters, cosmeceuticals, and medical devices. They also intend to collaborate on post-procedure aftercare products, distribution partnerships with hospitals and clinics, joint R&D of raw materials and ingredients, and marketing initiatives.
In particular, leveraging Hi-Corporation’s medical professional network and expertise in the aesthetic market, along with Amorepacific’s skin research capabilities, the partnership aims to develop integrated solutions that connect professional treatments with daily skincare routines.
