Amorepacific Holdings announced on the 27th that it has signed an investment agreement with Hi-Air Corporation, a skincare medical device company, to strengthen collaboration in the beauty and medical fields.
The company plans to conduct joint research and development of raw materials and ingredients, as well as marketing activities.
“We will develop next-generation beauty solutions that combine skin science and medical device technology, and provide new customer experiences in the global market,” said Lee Sang-mok, CEO of Amorepacific Holdings.
