Amorepacific Holdings announced on the 27th that it has signed an investment agreement with HIGHER Corp., a specialized aesthetic medical device company, to strengthen collaboration in the beauty and medical sectors. Through this agreement, the two companies will leverage their core competencies to develop next-generation beauty and medical solutions that bridge professional treatments and daily skincare.
The partnership will combine HIGHER Corp.’s aesthetic medical device development capabilities, joint research with medical professionals, and global KOL network with Amorepacific’s skin science research and skincare technology. The collaboration will span product planning, R&D, distribution, and marketing. As part of this agreement, Amorepacific Holdings has made a strategic investment in HIGHER Corp. to further strengthen their mid-to-long-term partnership.
Based on this agreement, the two companies will pursue the development and commercialization of skin beauty products including skin boosters, cosmeceuticals, and medical devices; develop post-treatment aftercare products and collaborate on hospital/clinic distribution; and engage in joint R&D of raw materials and ingredients, as well as marketing activities. In particular, they plan to combine HIGHER Corp.’s medical professional network and aesthetic market expertise with Amorepacific’s skin research capabilities and brand assets to develop integrated solutions that connect professional treatment areas with daily skincare.
