‘COSME Week Osaka 2026’ will open on September 30 at Intex Osaka, Japan. This exhibition brings together the entire beauty industry supply chain—from finished cosmetics to raw materials, manufacturing, formulation, and packaging—under one roof. It is expected to serve as a platform for exploring business opportunities in Japan’s beauty market, particularly in the western Japan region.
The event consists of two segments: ‘COSME OSAKA,’ which covers finished beauty and personal care products, and ‘COSME Tech OSAKA,’ which showcases cosmetic raw materials, OEM/ODM services, formulation technologies, and packaging solutions.
Visitors can explore the diverse value chain of the cosmetics industry in one place, from raw materials and ingredients to manufacturing, packaging, and final products. A key feature is the ability to examine products on-site and engage in face-to-face consultations with company representatives.

Opportunities to grasp the latest consumer trends and product trends in Japan’s beauty market will also be available. As Japan is one of Asia’s key cosmetics markets, the event is expected to serve as a space for overseas buyers to understand market dynamics by directly examining products and technologies from local companies, brands, and manufacturers.
This year’s exhibition introduces new special zones. The ‘Oil-Independent Solutions Zone’ within ‘COSME Tech OSAKA’ will feature alternative raw materials and next-generation ingredient solutions that prioritize sustainability.
In ‘COSME OSAKA,’ a new ‘Wellness & Beauty Fair’ will be launched. Reflecting the growing consumer demand that integrates health and beauty, this zone will showcase products and solutions combining beauty and well-being.

Osaka, the host city, is a commercial hub for western Japan. Unlike Tokyo, it has a distinct industrial and distribution network, offering access to manufacturers and brands operating in the western region—a unique advantage of this local exhibition.
