Editor's note

This report signals Classys' strategic shift to direct sales in Brazil, a key move for buyer relevance in South America's largest medical aesthetics market. The sourcing from local dermatologists and a company official highlights on-the-ground validation of product performance and service upgrades, while the rapid expansion raises regulatory and supply-chain questions as the firm scales localized operations.

Classys, a global medical aesthetics company, is accelerating its expansion in the South American market by hosting its first large-scale client event since transitioning to a direct management system in Brazil. On March 26, Classys announced that it held the "Masterminds 2026" symposium for healthcare professionals in São Paulo, Brazil, on March 23. This event is the first major gathering organized by Classys since its acquisition of JL Health, Brazil's largest distributor of aesthetic medical devices, in March of last year. Approximately 600 representatives from hospitals and clinics across South America attended the event, with around 30 renowned dermatologists and plastic surgeons from the region, including Brazil, serving as speakers and panelists. The latest clinical results, techniques, and market trends were presented on-site, particularly regarding Classys' flagship devices: "Volneumer" and "Ultraformer" (the international name for Shurink). Held about two months after the transition to a direct management system, the event also unveiled concrete procedural experiences and product evaluations from local medical staff. Brazilian dermatologist Professor Fabio Real stated, "Volneumer enables more stable and uniform energy delivery through continuous water cooling technology," adding, "Patient satisfaction is high in terms of skin tightening and texture improvement." Another Brazilian dermatologist, Rudy Oliveira, commented, "Classys' direct entry into Brazil marks a turning point that goes beyond simple sales expansion to elevate its service, training, and customer support systems to a higher level," noting that "this will allow faster integration of local market needs into product development and global strategies." Classys plans to make Brazil a key platform for its South American market strategy and to strengthen localized sales and marketing activities. "Following the transition to a direct management system in Brazil, we are pursuing a more aggressive market expansion strategy," a company official said. "Our goal is to use Brazil as a springboard to become the undisputed leader in the South American medical aesthetics market." Brazil is considered one of the world's largest medical aesthetics markets. Classys has strengthened its presence there, recording cumulative sales of over 3,000 units of its Ultraformer series, while Volneumer, launched last year, continues to grow rapidly. Founded in 2007, Classys is a global medical aesthetics company that currently supplies aesthetic medical devices to more than 80 countries worldwide. Its flagship products include the HIFU lifting device "Shrink Universe," the monopolar radiofrequency device "Volneumer," the microneedle radiofrequency device "Quadsay," and the Nd:YAG laser device "Repot." Recently, the company expanded its lineup with the home beauty device "Shrink Home Lift to Glow" and is targeting the international market.
