SinoSure Lutronic, a global medical aesthetics company headquartered in the United States, announced on May 19, 2026, that its flagship dual-monopolar radiofrequency (RF) device, XERF, has achieved cumulative global sales of 2,000 units. This milestone comes just six months after reaching 1,000 units in November 2025.
According to the company, the first 1,000 units took approximately 18 months to sell, meaning the sales pace has more than tripled. A company spokesperson stated, "This result demonstrates XERF's solid market position amid competition in the global energy-based device market."
As XERF adoption expands, demand for its consumable, the XERF Effector, is also surging. This creates a stable, virtuous revenue cycle where equipment and consumable sales grow together—a structure common in medical aesthetics where consumables account for a significant portion of revenue.
XERF is the next-generation RF device launched after the integration of SinoSure and Lutronic. It features a dual-monopolar design that adds a 2MHz frequency to the standard 6.78MHz RF frequency. The company says the device allows three-level adjustable energy delivery depth for customized treatments. The XERF Effector, equipped with patented "Spider Pattern" technology, supports up to 20×30mm large treatment areas to maximize procedural efficiency. It also includes "Wave Fit Pulse" and an "ICD Cooling System" for treatment without anesthesia.
XERF has been securing regulatory approvals in key global markets. Since its initial launch in South Korea in May 2024, it has entered 13 countries, including the United States, Canada, Japan, Australia, and Brazil. Notably, within less than six months of its North American launch last year, over 400 units were sold. Recently, the device completed registration with Australia's Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA), paving the way for entry into the Oceania market.
SinoSure Lutronic operates a "Two-Track" localization strategy: direct sales in seven core countries (U.S., South Korea, Canada, Japan, China, Germany, and Spain) and partnerships with competitive local distributors in other regions.
A company representative commented, "The rapid growth in XERF sales is driven by expanding regulatory approvals in major global markets, academic activities, and collaboration with local medical professionals." He added, "We will continue to strengthen our product portfolio and global network to expand our market presence."
