GC Green Cross Wellbeing is accelerating the expansion of its Medical Nutrition and Medical Aesthetic businesses, led by its flagship product Laennec Injection. The company has completed Phase 3 clinical trial dosing for intravenous (IV) administration of Laennec, and is broadening its portfolio into obesity and aesthetic segments, intensifying its push into the non-reimbursed prescription drug market. GC Green Cross Wellbeing is a leading non-reimbursed prescription drug company with two core pillars: Medical Nutrition and Medical Aesthetic (botulinum toxin, fillers, etc.). Key products include Laennec Injection, the top-selling placental extract injection in South Korea with over 70% market share, and Dr.PNT, a hospital-exclusive health functional food brand. The company's competitive edge lies in providing customized nutritional therapy solutions through systematic testing and consultation at hospitals and clinics. Laennec Injection, the only human placental hydrolysate injection in South Korea, is approved for improving liver function in patients with chronic liver disease. Since its launch in 2005, cumulative sales have exceeded 80 million ampoules, demonstrating proven efficacy and safety. ◆ Domestic Clinical Trial for Route and Formulation Change Completed; Indication Expansion Accelerated

GC Green Cross Wellbeing has completed dosing of all subjects in the Phase 3 clinical trial for Laennec Injection. This multicenter study, conducted at 18 institutions in South Korea, aims to expand the administration route and dosage of Laennec. The trial focused on evaluating the safety and efficacy of high-dose IV administration to build clinical evidence. With dosing complete, the company has begun data analysis on primary endpoints and plans to submit a variation application to the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (MFDS) to expedite commercialization. Currently, Laennec is available only for intramuscular (IM) and subcutaneous (SC) injection. Adding IV administration would allow healthcare providers to deliver optimized, patient-specific treatments, improving patient convenience and significantly increasing clinical utility. Prescription expansion through additional indications is also progressing. Laennec has consistently demonstrated pain-relief effects in investigator-initiated trials. In 2024, papers confirming its efficacy in alleviating atopic dermatitis and chronic inflammatory pain were published in SCI(E)-level international journals 'Journal of Microbiology and Biotechnology' and 'Pharmaceuticals'. In January 2025, a study showing pain relief and functional improvement in shoulder impingement syndrome was published in 'BMC Musculoskeletal Disorders'.

◆ Growth Momentum to Strengthen in Second Half of 2026 Starting in 2026, GC Green Cross Wellbeing will intensify its growth as a non-reimbursed prescription drug company, leveraging Medical Nutrition and Medical Aesthetic as dual pillars. Alongside expanding prescription channels through Laennec's new administration routes, the company plans to enter the obesity segment by distributing the weight-loss drug Mounjaro. In the Medical Aesthetic division, the ECM Skin Booster is expected to drive global expansion. It has already launched in South Korea and Japan, and the company plans to increase export volumes to other countries by expanding production lines. Additionally, Inibio's botulinum toxin product Iniboo is awaiting market approval in Brazil after ANVISA GMP inspection, and in China, it is expected to become a key growth driver following NDA approval.
