Spanish beauty conglomerate Puig has promoted Fulvia Aurino to the role of Chief Growth Officer, reporting directly to Javier Bach, President of Global Markets and Chief Operating Officer. In her new position, Aurino will be responsible for strengthening the company's competitiveness and capacity to generate value and growth globally through the development of advanced practices in commercial, digital, retail, and market analytics. She will also continue to serve as General Manager for Italy until a successor is appointed, ensuring operational and strategic continuity for the Italian subsidiary.
