South Korean aesthetic device maker Classys (KOSDAQ: 214150) announced on May 11 that it participated in the 45th Annual Conference of the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery (ASLMS 2026), held May 7–9 in Savannah, Georgia, USA. The company is accelerating its penetration of the U.S. energy-based device (EBD) market with a full-lineup strategy spanning radiofrequency (RF), microneedling RF, laser, and high-intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) platforms.
At the conference, Classys highlighted its position as a 'complete EBD company' combining technological strength and portfolio competitiveness. The company showcased its RF device EVERESSE (the U.S. brand name for Volnewmer) and the next-generation microneedling RF device QUADESSY, which launched in the U.S. in March, as part of a two-track strategy. It also previewed the laser device REEPOT (planned for launch this year) and the HIFU device ULTRAPORMER MPT (the overseas brand name for Shrink Universe, expected in 2027), completing a full lineup for skin lifting and pigmentation treatment.
During a pre-session before the main conference, Taiwanese dermatologist Dr. Carl Cheng presented clinical data on REEPOT's pigmentation treatment technology, accumulated over more than one year, which drew strong interest from local medical professionals.
Classys is pursuing a 'value-driven' strategy based on clinical data, differentiating itself from competitors that focus on individual devices. The company aims to enhance in-clinic utility and treatment combination efficiency through a multi-platform integrated portfolio, offering customized patient solutions.
A Classys representative stated: 'For us, the U.S. market is not just about entry; it is a core strategic market we must lead. Through a differentiated portfolio based on technology and clinical data, we will rapidly expand our market influence and set new standards in the global EBD market.'
