French natural cosmetics manufacturer Endro Cosmétiques has completed a brand overhaul, packaging renewal, and logistics upgrade as it prepares to triple production capacity by 2028. The company, which doubled revenue to €16 million between 2023 and 2025, is now targeting the Spanish pharmacy market and expanding its contract manufacturing arm, Laboratoire Kalon, which already serves 40 brands and accounts for 25% of activity.
Brand and packaging refresh
After 18 months of development, Endro Cosmétiques has unveiled a new brand identity and refreshed packaging across its 40-product range. The update drove a 100% increase in traffic to its e-commerce site in February 2026, where direct sales represent 50% of total revenue. Pharmacy sales, the company's preferred distribution channel, grew 2.5x in the same month.
Logistics and production scale-up

In December 2025, Endro Cosmétiques moved into a 4,000 m² former solar-panel factory, investing €200,000 in racking and digital logistics. The facility now ships 700-800 B2C orders and 50 B2B orders daily. Production shifted to three shifts on April 1, 2026, boosting daily output from 40,000 to 55,000-60,000 units. A new 7,000 m² factory planned for 2028 will add 3-5 ton mixing tanks, tripling capacity.
Organizational strengthening
Nine managers have been appointed to key roles including supply chain, manufacturing, France, export, quality, and subcontracting. A new ERP system from Belgian firm Odoo is being installed. The company also operates an integrated ESAT (sheltered workshop) with 28 employees.
Export and contract manufacturing focus

Laboratoire Kalon, the contract manufacturing unit launched in 2022, now produces for 40 brands using 100% natural raw materials and contributes 25% of group revenue. While Endro Cosmétiques products are sold in 18 countries via distributors, export sales remain low. The company is now prioritizing Spain, where French cosmetics are well-regarded and pharmacy networks are expanding. Since June 2026, Spain has been the first foreign market to receive direct shipments from the company's e-commerce site.
What buyers should watch
Endro Cosmétiques' capacity expansion and new factory plans signal growing production availability for contract manufacturing clients. The company's focus on natural formulations and pharmacy channel expertise may appeal to European distributors seeking clean beauty brands. Its direct-to-pharmacy model in Spain could serve as a template for other markets.
