The collaboration targets growing global demand for sensitive-skin and dermocosmetic solutions, offering overseas buyers a vertically integrated, sustainable supply chain from controlled-environment cultivation to OEM/ODM manufacturing.
Partnership structure
Under the agreement signed on June 10 at Plant Farm's headquarters in Pyeongtaek, Gyeonggi Province, Plant Farm will cultivate centella asiatica (the source of cica) using its vertical smart farm network. Its precision-controlled environment ensures year-round, pesticide-free production with standardized key indicator content, meeting the quality consistency and supply stability required for cosmetic and bio ingredients.
Biosplash will process the harvested centella into cosmetic-grade raw materials using its microbial fermentation and AI-based R&D capabilities. Imi-in will then develop and commercialize finished OEM/ODM skincare products incorporating these ingredients.
